Founding Partner
Before opening her law firm El Haitem ◆ Law in France, Magda spent six years working for various law firms and international organisations in London, her native Paris, and Tunis. ​ This international experience gave her a deep understanding of how challenging international mobility can be. She is therefore best placed to assist foreigners who wish to settle in France. ​ El Haitem ◆ Law assists foreign clients vis-a-vis the French administration to ensure their relocation to France. ​ Magda holds a Masters Degree in International Law from Sorbonne University in Paris, as well as a Masters Degree in Post Conflict Reconstruction from Aix-Marseille University in Aix-en-Provence. ​ Magda is a member of the International Association of Lawyers. ​ She is a native French speaker and speaks English fluently.
SELMA DIFALLAH
Jurist
After obtaining her law degree, a first Master's degree in International and European Law and a second Master's degree in Protection systems of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, Selma has worked at the Rouen Court of Appeal as a legal assistant for 4 years. She then decided to give a new dimension to her career by devoting herself to the protection of individual rights and freedoms, particularly those of foreign nationals in France. For this reason, she joigned the law firm El Haitem ◆ Law as a jurist.
