Founding Partner
Prior to founding El Haitem ◆ Law in France, Magda El Haitem acquired eight years of experience working with prominent law firms and international organizations in London, her native Paris, and Tunis. Her diverse international background has provided her with profound insight into the challenges of international mobility. This expertise uniquely qualifies her to assist foreign nationals in successfully establishing themselves in France. El Haitem ◆ Law specializes in supporting foreign clients with navigating the complexities of the French administrative system, ensuring a seamless relocation process. Magda holds a Master’s Degree in International Law from Sorbonne University in Paris and a Master’s Degree in Post-Conflict Reconstruction from Aix-Marseille University in Aix-en-Provence. She is a member of the International Association of Lawyers. A native French speaker, she is also fluent in English.
SELMA DIFALLAH
Paralegal
After earning her law degree, along with a first Master’s degree in International and European Law and a second Master’s degree in the Protection of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, Selma worked as a legal assistant at the Rouen Court of Appeal for four years. She subsequently chose to broaden her career focus by dedicating herself to the protection of individual rights and freedoms, with a particular emphasis on the rights of foreign nationals in France. To pursue this mission, she joined El Haitem ◆ Law as a paralegal.
